Before founding Kingdom Minded Services, Yolanda spent more than eighteen years at Xerox in Rochester, six of them supervising a packaging plant, eight in research engineering and product transfer, and four leading ISO 9001 quality management and process improvement.
She has been driving courier, delivery and specialized transport work across greater Rochester and regional New York since 2018, covering high-volume multi-stop routes, medication delivery and veterinary sample transport.
That work carries requirements, and she holds them: TWIC credentialed for unescorted access to secure port and transportation facilities.
Kingdom Minded Services is the two halves put together: the road experience of a working courier, run with the documentation discipline of a quality manager. You are not handing your delivery to a dispatcher who will assign it to someone you will never meet.
