That sequence is not courier habit. It comes from eighteen years in manufacturing operations and quality systems, where an undocumented handoff is a defect regardless of whether the package arrived.

Applied to delivery work it means the same thing every time: instructions captured up front, condition verified at both ends, and an exception reported rather than discovered later by the customer.

Who you're hiring

Yolanda Maldonado, owner-operator.

Before founding Kingdom Minded Services, Yolanda spent more than eighteen years at Xerox in Rochester — six of them supervising a packaging plant, eight in research engineering and product transfer, and four leading ISO 9001 quality management and process improvement.

She has been driving courier, delivery and specialized transport work across greater Rochester and regional New York since 2018, covering high-volume multi-stop routes, medication delivery and veterinary sample transport.

Kingdom Minded Services is the two halves put together: the road experience of a working courier, run with the documentation discipline of a quality manager.

You are not handing your delivery to a dispatcher who will assign it to someone you will never meet.

Transportation Worker Identification Credential — the federal card required for unescorted access to secure port and transportation facilities.

Certified in bloodborne-pathogen safety — the standard required to carry laboratory specimens and clinical samples.
